I’m looking to bring on the right instructors.
This isn’t about building a big roster or filling spots. I’m only interested in working with people who actually do the work and have something real to offer officers. The goal is simple. Put out high level training that officers can take back to their shift the next day and use.
I’m looking for experienced law enforcement professionals who are passionate about proactive policing and want to teach from real world experience. This could be in areas like narcotics, investigations, working houses, surveillance, interdiction, K9, or anything that helps patrol officers make real cases. You do not have to be in a specialized unit. Some of the best work in this country is still being done by patrol.
If you have an idea for a class and you are willing to put in the work to build it the right way, this could be a good fit.
